We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Royal Mail and, where relevant, Parcelforce for delivery;
• Hetzner for backend hosting;
• Cloudflare for frontend hosting and related website services;
• Resend for outgoing email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by data protection law.

8. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements.

As a general guide:

• order and transaction records: for as long as required by law and tax/accounting rules;
• contact enquiries: up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact;
• account data: until you request deletion, unless we must keep some information for legal or accounting reasons;
• commission reference images and related files: until the commission is completed or abandoned, and normally no longer than 12 months afterwards unless a longer period is needed.

If you ask us to delete commission reference images before completion, we may be unable to complete the commission and any deposit already paid may be non-refundable.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate personal data;
• request deletion of personal data;
• object to certain processing;
• request restriction of processing;
• request transfer of certain data.

10. Account deletion
